Great location, short walk to slopes. Games room was a hit. Lovely continental breakfast. Nice rooms with mountain view

the room was tidy and they cleaned it every day. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the breakfast had a good variety. the hotel also had sauna and swimming pool facilities available nearby. the view from the tables across the valley was amazing.
We didn't have enough heating in our room and had to ask reception to operate it.

The continental breakfast was decent and provided enough options to start the day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect; everything was within a short distance, especially the slopes. The games room was a great touch and kept the kids entertained.
The staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was shocked with how we were treated. It's a shame because apart from the staff, the hotel was good. Lastly, the rooms were not properly cleaned. It was filthy in some areas and it was a bit off-putting. it was a mediocre experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the slopes within five minutes. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, as our room was cleaned every day. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped games room that our kids loved. The breakfast selection was lovely with a good variety of items. Finally, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with a smile. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we've had in a hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many restaurants and a beautiful park. , the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of foods to choose from.
Our experience was not all positive. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms.
